Workplace anti-harassment training
This space provides participants raise awareness of being a woman in society. Women and girls foster autonomy and confidence by sharing personal experiences in different social roles they are taking in society. This space has four rules to be follwed by each and everyone participating in the group, such as building trust, keeping confidentiality, showing commitment to the space, and practicing nonjudgemental listening skills
The training covers knowledge about the recognition of different kinds of sexual harassment, and sexual violence, sexual exploitation and preventive measures, effective response mechanisms, as well as how to be an active bystander in public places when encountering such events.
This training focuses fundamental aspects of taking care of sexual and reproductive health issues in emergency situations. The training also provides knowledge on recognition of serious health conditions and emergency relief measures in response to harsh circumstances
The program trains peer educators in sexual and reproductive health, menstrual health and hygiene management, and puberty education. After the training, the educators are independent in managing and organizing workshops, and classes based on the needs of their respective communities. Strong Flowers also develops educator handbooks, teaching aids, and audiobooks on different topics in sexual health, menstrual health, hygiene management, and puberty education to various beneficiaries including women and girls with visual disabilities.
